Jeffery Wang
Founder

Jeffery is an IT Sales and Strategy Professional with over 13 years of experiences in a global Telecommunications services provider looking after key corporate and government clients such as IBM and Woolworths. He has lived in Taiwan and New Zealand before migrating to Sydney where he currently lives with his wife and two young boys.

He founded the Professional Development Forum in Sydney in 2007 as a vehicle to help out young professionals just like himself to navigate through the complexities of the modern Australian workplace. Through this journey, he developed a passion for unlocking the true value that our diversity brings.

He is a mad fan of basketball – something he always manages to fit in between juggling his work, family and other commitments. He is passionate about helping others achieve their potential and defines success in life as “to leave this world better than how we found it”.

Andrew

Andrew Walsh
Senior Advisor

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and worked for the Big 4 global accounting firms for several years before joining a commercial business. He has since worked for Top 100 companies such as Lend Lease and litigation fund – Bentham IMF. He has lived in London, Hong Kong and South Korea before returning to Sydney where he currently resides.

Investor, DIY Blogger and founder of careertoolbox.com, Andrew juggles his time between his professional commitments, blogging and sharing personal time with his friends and family. He loves to learn, and share and collaborate with others. He is passionate about education and the teaching practical life skills.

He is also a mad car enthusiast, bad 80’s movie junkie and aquarist.

He believes life is an experience to be shared and is constantly trying to challenge himself and expand his world through the different things he does.

Yan Cheung
Team Member – Relations

Yan is an Analyst at IPART – an independent competition regulator and policy think-tank that provides advice to NSW Government across a range of competition and pricing issues related to essential services including energy, water, transport and specific industry reviews.

She has diverse professional experience working in financial services and the regulation of energy markets. Her specialities allow her to work across a wide spectrum of functions within the energy and financial services industries.

Yan is an avid traveller and yoga enthusiast.

Damian D’souza
Team Leader

Damian works in the auditing division at KPMG, dealing with the firm’s banking and insurance clients. But he has gained experiences in areas of Auditing, Business Development and Customer Experience management, in his young professional career.

Damian is passionate about understanding business strategies, leadership and innovation. He is always excited to discuss and implement on how organisations, people and ideas can become better.

Outside of work, Damian has served as a Board member for a social enterprise and is an eager volunteer in various areas of social change. Besides PDF, Damian is also the curator for TEDxHaymarket.
